These Terms govern your use of the Gymnal website and mobile app.

Use of Gymnal

Gymnal is a workout logging and training tool. You are responsible for how you use the app, the training decisions you make, and the accuracy of information you enter.

No medical advice

Gymnal does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Training can involve risk. Consult a qualified health professional before starting or changing a fitness program, especially if you have injuries, health conditions, or concerns.

AI features

Gymnal includes on-device parsing, summaries, and observational training insights. Generated output can contain errors and does not replace your judgment or professional services.

Your data

You are responsible for the workout data, notes, files, and other content you enter or import into Gymnal. If you export data from Gymnal, you are responsible for storing and sharing that export safely.

Subscriptions and purchases

Gymnal offers paid features, free trials, and subscriptions. Pricing and billing terms are shown before purchase. App Store purchases are handled through Apple and may be subject to Apple’s terms.

Gymnal includes a fixed 30-day Max preview that requires no purchase and never starts billing. Any separate App Store free trial or subscription begins only after confirmation through Apple, with pricing and renewal terms shown before purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Gymnal, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted portions of the service, or use Gymnal for unlawful purposes.

Availability

Gymnal may change, pause, or discontinue features over time. We may update these Terms as the product evolves.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gymnal, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Gymnal.
