Gymnal is designed as a private workout logging and training app. Our goal is to help you track training, follow programs, review progress, and use on-device AI features while keeping your training data under your control.

Information the app stores

The Gymnal app may store workout history, exercises, sets, reps, weights, programs, goals, body weight entries, badges, preferences, and related training information on your device.

On-device AI

Gymnal is built around on-device AI workflows. Workout parsing, training summaries, and related AI features are designed to run locally on your phone when available. Your workout journal is not intended to be sent to Gymnal cloud servers for AI processing.

Health app integration

If you choose to connect Apple Health, Gymnal may read permitted health and activity data only after you grant permission. You can control or revoke Health permissions through iOS settings.

Website contact information

If you email or call Gymnal, we may use the information you provide to respond to your message, support request, or business inquiry.

Data export and deletion

Gymnal may include tools for exporting or deleting training data. Exported files are controlled by you once they leave the app.

Children

Gymnal is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as Gymnal evolves. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
